You may return any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 7-14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange or store credit*. We apologize if you received a defective or incorrect item. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. We may ask you to provide photos of the defect or incorrect item to assist us in processing your return or exchange.
Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your financial institution.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 5-7 business days of us receiving the products back and your bank details on email. It will take an additional 2-3 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
